We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after buying your Member Units to request for a refund. You do not need to state why you want a refund.

To start a refund, you can simply send us an email at We will notify you once your refund has been approved, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All refunds are subject to a processing fee of 7.5% of the refund amount.
